Everyone should be able to continue to engage in and enjoy the hobbies and activities they have participated in throughout their life. At Abbeydale we offer a full range of activities to ensure our residents can remain mentally stimulated and keep physically active.

We have a dedicated team of activity facilitators who work across both of our care homes to deliver interesting, stimulating and varied activities throughout the week. Regular events on our timetable include visits from popular external singers and stage performers, arts and craft classes, a baking group, gardening, gentle sporting events including bowls and balloon tennis, quizzes, visits to museums and places of local interest, local parks, pubs, farm trips, the cinema and many more.
