Can we come and view your homes?
We welcome visits from anyone who wants to find out more about our homes and the care we provide. You can pop in and see us at any time but we do recommend booking an appointment if possible. This way we can make sure a member of staff/manager is available to spend time with you and answer any questions you may have.
Are your homes environmentally sustainable?
We are committed to being environmentally sustainable and have a policy of continuous improvement.
How do you promote dignity?
All of our staff pledge to be ‘dignity’ champions and act as good role models, putting dignity at the heart of what we do.
What are the visiting arrangements?
We have an open visiting policy and visitors are welcome at any time. We would suggest that visiting is better taken outside of residents' mealtimes.
What should new residents bring when they come to stay?
We provide new residents with a booklet that contains all the information about what to bring.
Are residents allowed pets?
Yes - your well-behaved furry friends are welcome to come and visit the homes. Please keep dogs on a lead during their visit.
What happens after I make my decision to become a resident?
We know that choosing the right care home can be a daunting prospect so we are very happy to show you around and discuss your specific needs in detail. Get in touch with us today to find out more or arrange a visit. Once you have decided that coming into one of our care homes is the right decision on a respite or permanent basis, we will arrange to come and see you to carry out a “pre-admission assessment”.
